About this position:
This position is based at our London city office where you will report to the SVP of Sales. You will receive in-depth training and mentoring to help you build a strong foundation for success! In return, you will be rewarded with a competitive base salary + double OTE uncapped for achieving sales targets, and benefit schemes to support your health, career, and financial well-being.

What you will be doing:
During training, you will learn Innovative's products and value proposition, the lead generation process, and solution selling sales techniques for growing new business. As a successful Sales Executive you will:
Respond promptly to all leads and inquiries (direct customer and marketing generated) to maintain an ongoing pipeline of opportunities
Leverage market research to determine client needs and to create a winning sales strategy
Maintain ongoing awareness and knowledge of industry, government, and regulatory trends, as well as relevant technical developments
Maintain consistent competency of Innovative's product offerings and updates
Maintain continuous communication with management regarding opportunities, challenges, industry and competitor news, and overall account status
Develop and deliver effective and professional sales presentations
Proactively seek management/team assistance throughout the sales cycle to meet customer needs and drive high-level customer satisfaction
Work cooperatively with various internal teams including support, delivery, product development, and account management
Build and grow relationships with Innovative's strategic partners
Utilize sales tools effectively (salesforce.com) to manage the sales cycle
Participate in effective sales forecasting and planning
Facilitate contractual negotiations and closure with clients
Maintain integrity in dealing with internal teams, clients, and partners in a professional manner

Ability and willingness to travel approximately 15 - 50%
It’s a plus if you have:
University degree or equivalent
Excellent multilingual skills (writing and speaking) - English, Arabic, French and others
Prior successful experience in software or related industry
Working knowledge of regulatory risk and compliance issues, regulations, and impacts
Working knowledge of data analytics, data quality, data integration, Business Intelligence (BI), or similar technologies
Fluency in other languages
