Account Manager - EMEA

Innovative Systems' rapid global expansion is creating openings for highly motivated Account Managers to manage existing client accounts and to grow revenues through up sell and cross sell opportunities to client accounts throughout the United Kingdom, to other parts of Europe, the Middle East, and / or Africa. 

Our ideal candidate will excel at cultivating superior client relationships, have prior direct business to business sales experience, and have a sincere interest and / or prior experience or knowledge with data management, data analytics, software solutions, or similar technologies and concepts.

This is a full time position based out of our London headquarters office near the Liverpool Street station and the bustling Broadgate Plaza. You will receive a base salary and after training a base plus OTE for achieving targets, along with an excellent benefits package. 


As an Account Manager at Innovative, you will get involved in a variety of exciting and challenging activities that can make positive and meaningful impacts on the enterprises you touch.  You will…

  • Establish, cultivate, and grow relationships with our clients in markets nearby or around the globe
  • Retain existing revenue while managing, negotiating, and growing new revenue and market share share through up-selling and cross-selling into assigned customers
  • Ensure assigned customer's needs and expectations are met
  • Serve as a client advocate, maintaining awareness of their business needs and concerns and providing solutions that align with the client company’s strategic objectives
  • Keep abreast of industry news and the competitive climate
  • Maximize client satisfaction by regular visits and/or calls
  • Maintain active and updated client contacts
  • Create and deliver webinars and product presentations to ensure new and on-going education of clients and leads
  • Facilitate contract negotiations and closure with clients
  • Work with other members of the Innovative team in support of successful delivery, understanding, and implementation of Innovative’s solutions
  • Keep management apprised of challenges, new ideas, findings, and solutions that build client satisfaction and enhance company growth and market share
  • Maintain integrity in dealing with internal teams, clients, and partners in a professional manner
  • Support Innovative’s vision, methodologies, values, and strategies


  • University degree or equivalent; level 2:2 or higher
  • Proven track record of managing, retaining and growing a portfolio of existing accounts 
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence - credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong commitment to follow through
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail
  • Ability to understand, interpret, and effectively communicate technical concepts
  • Ability to understand, articulate, and define solutions that meet the client’s needs
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Results-oriented and resourceful, with a strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Proven effective team player / collaborator
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 10-25% (UK and/or internationally);  acquisition and maintenance of proper travel documents


  • Fluency with other languages such as Spanish, German, Chinese, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, or others
  • Knowledge of data / data management concepts
  • Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering software, data analysis, data quality, data integration, business Intelligence (BI), or similar technologies
